Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MMIPrep (the “Service”), operated by MMIPrep(“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

MMIPrep provides simulated Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) practice stations, automated transcription of spoken answers, and AI-generated feedback and scoring, plus a university “matcher” tool. It is an independent educational practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any university, medical school, UCAS, the UCAT Consortium, the General Medical Council, or any admissions body. Practice scores and feedback are for self-study only and are not a prediction or guarantee of interview performance, offers, or admission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and consents to your use of the Service and the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • An account is for one individual. Do not share it.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at mmiprepofficial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, record, republish, resell, or distribute the question bank, scenarios, or feedback;
  • scrape, bulk-download, or use automated means to access the Service;
  • attempt to probe, overload, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, or the AI endpoints;
  • use the Service to build or train a competing product;
  • submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

5. Purchases and question bundles

  • Question bundles are one-off purchases, priced in GBP and inclusive of any applicable tax.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Purchased questions are added to your account balance and do not expire.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • We may change prices and bundle contents for future purchases; changes do not affect questions you have already bought.

6. AI-generated content

Feedback, scores, example answers, and transcriptions are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. They are practice guidance only and are not professional, medical, legal, or careers advice. Use your own judgement and consult qualified advisers where appropriate.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its stations, scenarios, marking guidance, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the answers you submit; you grant us a licence to store and process them to operate the Service (including sending them to our AI processors for transcription and feedback) as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw features, and we rely on third-party providers (hosting, database, AI, payments) whose availability we do not control.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of an interview place or offer, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, unused purchased questions may be refundable at our discretion under the Refund Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
