Built by students who’ve just done this themselves
MMIPrep is built and run by two UK medical students — one at Imperial, one at Cambridge. We went through the same application ourselves — the UCAT, the four choices, the MMI circuit — within the last few years, and we remember exactly where it got confusing.
Why we built it
If you’re applying to medicine you get four choices. That’s it. Most people pick from league tables or names they recognise, and end up spending a choice on a school they were never realistically going to get an interview at.
When we applied, working out which schools actually fit our UCAT and GCSEs meant hours across twenty different admissions pages, spreadsheets, and forum threads — and even then it was mostly guesswork. The information existed; it was just scattered and hard to compare.
So we built the thing we wished we’d had: put in your grades and UCAT, and see which UK medical and dental schools you’re genuinely competitive for — plus how each one actually interviews you, MMI or panel, how many stations, and what they weight most heavily. Then we added realistic MMI practice with AI feedback for the stage that comes next.
