University of Southampton Medicine Interview

Southampton assesses applicants on an in-person selection day with two scored parts: a panel interview of about 20 minutes with two or three interviewers, covering motivation, your personal statement and any research or audit; and a 20–30 minute group discussion task assessing teamwork, communication and how you present ideas.
