University of Lancaster Medicine Interview

Lancaster interviews online via Microsoft Teams in two parts. Part one (about an hour to 90 minutes) is a briefing, an assessed group-work task, and two short question-and-answer preparation tasks that feed two later stations. Part two is a circuit of 8 assessed stations (5 minutes each, 2 minutes between) plus a form-checking station; two of the stations use notes you prepared in part one. Offers are made on interview performance alone and no academic knowledge is tested.

Each station is scored independently by its own interviewer, usually against three or four fixed domains — communication, problem-solving or initiative, and integrity or moral reasoning are the common ones.
