University of Buckingham Medicine Interview
Buckingham runs a three-stage selection with no UCAT. Stage one is academic selection on the application. Stage two is a computer-based test ("Multiple Mini Assessments") of analysis, interpretation and judgement, mapped to the GMC's Good Medical Practice. Stage three is the OSSE — an Objective Structured Selection Examination, effectively an MMI of about 10–12 stations of 7 minutes, with tasks again mapped to Good Medical Practice. Offers are based on OSSE performance.

Each station is scored independently by its own interviewer, usually against three or four fixed domains — communication, problem-solving or initiative, and integrity or moral reasoning are the common ones. A weak station can't be rescued by a strong one, so consistency matters more than a single standout answer.
